Is Deadpool about to be shaken and stirred?

Ryan Reynolds is teasing a possible team-up with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, Pierce Brosnan’s 007 and his foul-mouthed superhero in Deadpool 2.

Either that, or he’s just messing with us.

Reynolds shared a photo of the trio doing a “hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil” pose on Instagram captioning it, “Wolvie. Bond. Wade.”

Predictably, the Internet went into speculation mode, positing a theory that Brosnan could be playing Cable in the upcoming sequel (Cable is the time-travelling mutant who is the son of Cyclops, but you already know that).

Jackman has said that his upcoming Logan will be the final time he plays Wolverine, but in a recent interview with Variety, he left the door open a crack to bring the character back in a Deadpool film.

“I could totally see how that’s the perfect fit,” he said. “But the timing may be wrong. I’m at the point where I’m finishing up. In terms of a theory, it’s a great idea.”

Deadpool 2 will hit theatres in 2018.
