Team Sick Kids prepares for World Transplant Games

Mackenzie Queen hops on her bike and pedals for several hours a day.

But as tedious as that sounds, she's already done the hard part. Queen, 15, survived a heart transplant last June and is among 25 young transplant recipients who will be representing Canada in the 17th World Transplant Games in Australia later this month.

All members of Team SickKids received treatment at the Hospital for Sick Children and their ages range from eight to 18 years old. More than 1,500 people from 60 countries will compete in the Games.
